I am just below my starting weight, so I lost some this week- YEA! Not much, but its a start. Also, my body fat % stayed the same! I'm planning on kicking up the exercising a notch! Look out- I won't too far behind come HALFWAY weigh in time :) Great job all!
Well this week I only lost .6 ounces but that is OK since we went away for the weekend and last night we went to Outback. Better than gaining. All and all I am pleased - still have a long way to go.
Well, I lost a total of 8.5 pounds so far (1.5) this week, and 2% body fat! YEA ME! I am so pumped! I was supposed to meet Evelyn at the gym at 4:30, but she did not come till 5:30 cause someone needed her help. i originally told her that I was NOT going to take Body Pump since tomorrow was my legs day, but I did it anyway, and I am going to the 5:30 AM Body Attack in the morning instead of doing my legs! I won't let that class kick my butt for long! i am going to kick its butt! I did not park far away except a couple of times, cause it is hard since I have a 6 month old and a 3 year old to wrangle that whole distance...kindof difficult, but I did kick up my exercise a few notches anyway so I think it's ok. Anyway, can't wait to see everyones progress! I am excited about the spreadsheet to see where I am too! I am gonna win! *fingers crossed*

Down 1.3 lbs this week, 2.8 lbs total. Getting back in the groove after vacation. Worked out 5 days each week and tracking my food in take.
I've gained 2lbs this week, but I'm one step ahead of Kelly's challenge and signed up at Riviera with Sarah. I plan to get back on track! Have a great week all. BTW- I stayed the same weight last week (I forgot to post)
I gained 2 lbs this week. I was really bummed about this, because I've been working out FOUR FRIGGIN TIMES A WEEK, so I went clothes shopping yesterday. And I'm down a size. So woo hooo!
Well another pound for me, slow, but at least it is moving in the right direction. So I wonder who is ahead - anxious for the results.........
I'm late in reporting but I last one more pound, yea! One pound a week. Slowly but good. I'm sure it won't continue at that rate but I am please. I did not work out as much this week so far only one day. I am going to do spinning tomorrow then go to the beach. Love you guys! Keep up the good work!
