BLOGGER WEIGH INS...


Today is the day to get weighed for the week!!! Make sure you leave your comments on how much you have lost, gained, and your stories/tips for other biggest loser bloggers. I have to say that I know myself I have not done well at all this week. I went out of town with Jason to Tn and didn't eat very well-nor did I exercise- soooo... I know Kelly sucked this week, but I plan on kicking it up a NOTCH for next week. SO girls--- let me know how you did! I'm going to weigh in today and will leave my comment tomorrow- as most of you should do for this week!!!!!

I lost 4.5 lbs! I am very excited, but totally aware that it's probably water weight. :)

If you're a member of Riviera, I highly recommend the Group Groove class.. it was SO MUCH FUN, and great exercise! I'm trying Group Centergy tonight for pilates/yoga.

I stayed the same, at least I did not gain. It was my 34th wedding anniversary and I was not very careful and went out of town and ate out and partied a little. I will do better this week! I plan on going to Shpaes at least 4 times this week. I did a step class last night. I will be doing a weight class tonight, a spinning class on Thursday and a step class on Saturday. Good luck!

I have lost 4lbs this week not bad huh!!!!! I still hate being on a diet. I have been getting alot of help from Lucy. She keeps me straight. I am going to win! Watch out guys.

Louise, Kelly, and I just had a weigh in and YEA I lost 3 pounds. We have really been watching what we have been eating this week basically doing weight watchers. Not bad for my first week. Now I think it time to sign up for Lady Riveria gym. I need to add excercise.

Well, despite going to the beach this weekend I have lost a pound! I worked out with Kelly today (she forgot to remind me about the $30) and burned 550 calories and then did upper body and abs! I am going to get up in the morning before work and go do cardio, or I may do hip hop abs! Not sure yet. Today was really my first day dieting and exercising due to my vacation, but i am on track starting today! Watch out for me cause I am going to WIN! ;0)

Yall are all so cute!!! I'm so proud of you all. Well being the "starter" of this program I'm not much of a leader YET. I gained .10% of a pound- not bad considering I didn't exercise or eat that great this past weekend in G'burg. Now that I see people are actually going to compete- I'm gonna step it up, so look out girls! That money is as good as mine!
BTW- Every week I'm going to add a challenge for each contestant to do (along with their exercise/diet). Just another FUN kicker to the whole thing!

Hi! I also stayed the same...not bad for being on vacation all weekend. Started back yesterday. At least I didn't gain. Plan on adding some walking and eliptical next week. You guys are all doing great! Keep it up :) Kelly, I'll get a body fat thingy tomorrow and send in my %R (ugh!)....good luck all! PS...Happy Mother's Day to all you moms and memere's and aunts, sisters, etc...out there:)

OK...sorry it has taken me so long to post Kelly. I went to the Dr. today and weighed in at 180. I believe I started at 191.6...so I am down 11.6!! I have been drinking water every moment I think about it and trying to steer clear of most carbs. I also have started to park as far away as possible from work. Love it!!!
