The Biggest Loser Blogger... Weigh Ins... Week 4


Its time for weigh in again. I hope everyone still managed to do ok (even with the holiday). I myself did pretty well overall. I plan on weighing in tonight. I haven't been working out this week like I should, but plan on getting back on track tonight or tomorrow. Next week I hope to have our weigh in all together in person (except the out of towners). Hard to believe that we are almost half way there. I hope you girls have enjoyed this as much as I have. Once again, LET'S HEAR THOSE WEIGH INS. I didn't have a chance to see who was in first since not everyone inputted their progress for last week. So make sure you ALL do this week so we can get some sort of track of how everyone is doing!



This week's challenge:
Skip having that soda at lunch or dinner and replace it with water

Unfortunately I gained a pound back. I had ice cream with Paul two night his past holiday weekend. Not a good thing to do and I missed out working out on two evenings. Another not a good think to do. Good lunck to all of you I'm sure you did better than me.

I thought I posted last night, but apparently it didnt go through! I forgot to post last week... I had company in town for a wedding and it was the last week of school, so things were a little crazy! As you can probably imagine, I drank and ate a ton at the wedding and we had several "end of the year celebrations" at school! I gained back 4 of the 5 1/2 lbs I had lost, but I have been on my very best behavior for the last week- I have been to the gym and I have taken 7 classes in the last week, I have been drinking my water and counting my weight watchers points. I am back down 2 1/2 lbs, but not quite back to my lowest point! I guess that makes it a whopping total of 2 1/2 for me- sounds pretty lousy! I am not giving up though- I may not be the biggest loser, but I am sticking to the plan! My summer is being devoted to making myself healthier and happier! I hope everyone had a wonderful week!

Well, i did have an AWFUL weekend with my eating and...ahem...drinking, but to my surprise I did not gain! I am down a total of 9.5 pounds and 3% body fat! So, I am still doing good! YAY! Can't wait to see everyone elses progress!

Well I'm finally going down. I lost almost 2 lbs this week. I didn't do that bad this past weekend (during the holiday), but I slacked on the working out, so I plan on kicking it back up a notch! Sounds like everyone is starting to get back on track! Remember: next week is weigh in all together at Lucy's house!!!! That should give you good incentive to work hard this next week! And I lost 1% body fat :) YEA!

Sorry I'm just now getting this to you.. we closed on the house and moved last week, so everything is crazy! (And the scale is packed!)

However, I bought a Wii Fit for Bryan's birthday and WE BOTH LOVE IT! Highly recommend it as an easy way to lose weight at home.

My weight, through all the eating out and crap, is the same as last week. I think. :)

I've been on vacation and sadly gained :( around 3 lbs.
