Hope everyone gets a chance to weigh in before going on vacation ;) I'm sure everyone weight will be better today rather than after the 4th but its ok- we still have time to lose and still win the money. Well good news again- I lost another 2.4lbs! YEA! and 1% body fat! What a good week. I hope not to blow it this weekend (FL and holiday) whew! Hope everyone has a fun, safe, and relaxing holiday! Time to kickstart it next week!!!
