Biggest Loser Blogger---- Week 7


How did everyone do this week!!! Did you step it up a notch since last week's weigh in?

Keep it up- we are getting close to the end!

Suprisingly I lost 1.6 lbs. I haven't been able to get to the gym at all this week (due to some ANNOYING friends that decided to drop in)- not actual people ;) but we won't go there. So anyways, I lost, but my body fat % did go up, so after I recover I hope to get back on track!

Well I gained just a few ounces. Not bad but if I am going to win this event I better get back on track........Can't stay in the lead this way........

I am down 1.5 (for today!) I have been in the gym everyday (some days twice), I am eating right, and drinking my water... but my fat is not melting away!!! What is up with that!! I can promise you if I had eaten a big fat piece of chocolate cake the scale would know it before the fork got to my mouth!!! I am gonna keep working though because I feel better!

Down 1.8 this week, for a running total of 6 pounds. We got a dog two weekends ago, so I've mixed up going to the gym with more walks with the dog. Plus, I've been better this week at keeping track of what I'm eating and keeping my hands out of the candy jars at work.....one of my many weaknesses, sweets laying out in front of me.
